Five minutes is the polling interval, not a guaranteed alert-delivery time. An outage that starts and ends between checks can be missed. Pro offers checks as often as every ten seconds; see current plans and pricing.

Choose a meaningful endpoint

A homepage returning HTTP 200 does not prove that login, payments or screenshot rendering work. Use a representative health endpoint alongside application error tracking. Do not expose a private admin page just to monitor it.
