Export monitoring data and manage organization archives and cloud backups.

What is available

Pro includes CSV exports, PDF incident reports, organization backups, and backups to an S3-compatible bucket. Open Settings → Data & backups as an organization owner or admin. Available actions depend on role and may ask for fresh password confirmation.

Export data

Use the Exports controls to download endpoint or ping-history CSV data for the selected organization. Use an incident's report controls for its PDF report. Check the organization and required reporting period before exporting.

A CSV is useful for analysis but is not a restorable organization backup. Exports may contain internal monitor addresses and operational history; store them appropriately.

Download a backup

Select Download backup, complete the authentication prompt, and save the ZIP archive in a controlled location. The archive contains organization records for restoration. Keep a record of when it was created and which organization it belongs to.

Restore an archive

Restoring replaces the selected organization's data. Download a current backup first, confirm you are in the correct organization, and select Restore from file with the intended ZIP archive. Read the confirmation carefully and wait for the result before retrying.

After a successful restore, review monitors, alert destinations, members, and public visibility. Verify recent checks and delivery configuration before treating the restored workspace as operational.

Configure cloud backups

In Cloud backups, configure the bucket name, region, access key, secret access key, and a custom endpoint when your S3-compatible provider requires one. The app supports Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, and MinIO. Use a credential limited to the intended backup bucket.

Enable automated cloud backups and save. Inspect Stored cloud backups and confirm an archive appears; a saved configuration alone does not demonstrate a completed backup. Review credentials and bucket permissions if uploads fail.

Retention and recovery planning

Download history you need before deleting monitors or replacing data. Available history depends on the organization's collected data and service retention. Keep backup copies separate from the system they protect and review your recovery process periodically.
