Publish an organization status page

Public status pages and share links require Pro. An owner or admin opens Settings → Organization → Public status page and enables Publish a public status page. Copy the URL shown by the app; use that exact URL rather than constructing one from the organization name.

Choose what visitors can see

Edit each monitor intended for public display and enable Show on public status page. New monitors leave this off by default. Enabling the organization page does not automatically opt every monitor into public display.

The organization setting Show monitor addresses publicly controls whether visitors see addresses as well as the public monitoring information. Review names, URLs, incident messages, and post-mortems before publication. A useful public name describes the customer-facing service without exposing internal topology.

Open the copied status-page URL while signed out to verify the intended monitors and content appear. An empty page can mean no monitors have been opted into public visibility.

Share a group

Open an endpoint group's detail page and use its sharing controls to create a link. Then visit Settings → Sharing to inspect, copy, or revoke existing links. Use Show revoked and expired when you need to inspect older links.

Anyone with an active public share link can access the view it exposes. Send it only to the intended audience, review public monitor visibility, and revoke it when access is no longer needed. Revocation does not retrieve information a recipient has already copied.

Stop publishing

Disable the public organization page when it should no longer be published. Revoke group share links separately in Sharing. Recheck previously distributed URLs while signed out to confirm the outcome.
